What’s included:
•A custom order - Pet portrait necklace - ceramic animal necklace that is made after your pet, in the position and colours of your choice. Comes with chain + platinum lustre details.

- Sitting border collie mix necklace, inspired by Bertie, with silver details. On a stainless steel chain necklace which is 55 cm long with an extra 5 cm extension (~21.6 + 1.96 inch). (can be shorter upon discussion).

•Gift box and careful packaging are always included to ensure your piece arrives safely and ready to be treasured or gifted.

Production time - As each piece is handmade from start to finish - including sculpting, drying, glazing, and firing (3 stages) - production time is between 1 to 3 months, plus shipping.

Shipping - The exact shipping time will depend on where you live. Your order will be made and shipped from France.

Terms - Due to the unique nature of custom work, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted once production has begun.
• Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you and not resellable.

Please note that glaze colours may shift in the kiln, and exact shades or finishes cannot always be guaranteed. That’s part of the magic of ceramics!
