▸Please make sure to verify that your shipping address is correct and that you have carefully read the description of each product before placing your order!

Shop & Product information 

▸Do you offer different length or different color chains?

Each necklace originally comes with the chain shown on the pictures of the item. If you would like to have a different color chain, instead of what it comes with every necklace, just send me a message when you order with your color of choice (that can be gold, bronze, silver, or even rose gold). The original length of each chain is 50 cm (~19,69 inch), that can be adjusted too.

▸Do you take commissions, custom orders?

At the moment I am unable to take custom orders, but you can always reach out to me to ask. Mostly when I am open for custom I announce it on Instagram.

▸What if the item I want is sold out?

I usually restock popular sold out items in future shop updates. Feel free to contact me about a particular item.

▸When is your next shop update?

I announce the official dates for shop updates on my Instagram and Facebook pages. You can also join my mailing list to know about future updates and product restocks, and discounts.

▸What materials are used in your jewellery?

-Ceramics are made by taking mixtures of clay, earthen elements and water.
I hand-sculpt them into the desired forms. Once they have been shaped and hand-painted they are fired in a high temperature oven known as a kiln. Then covered in decorative, waterproof, paint-like substances known as glazes. They are one of a kind, tiny pieces of earth. 

-All wooden items (like pins, necklaces etc) are made from responsibly sourced, fast growing maple veneer. 

-Some of my necklaces and figurines are made from polymer clay. These pieces are sealed with varnish.

-The chains on each necklace, and the hooks of earrings are made from stainless steel.

Shipping information

▸What are your processing times? When my order gets shipped?

My processing time for shipping your orders is usually 1-3 days, or with the weekend, it's 3-5 business days.

If you need your order to be shipped sooner than that please message me before ordering and I will try to ship it as soon as possible.

▸Where do you ship to? What are your shipping rates?

Woods of wonder ships worldwide.
Shipping is free for orders in Hungary.
International shipping is 8 €.

▸When can I expect my order?

At the moment I live in Hungary, so all your orders are being dispatched from here. Once you placed your order it takes me around 1-3 business day to process and pack everything, then the package will be shipped.

In Hungary the shipping takes 1-2 business days.
In Europe it's 7-9 days.
Outside of Europe it's around 10-16 days depending on where you live, and on your local delivery services, and if the package gets held up at customs or not. 

▸What if my order is returned to you?

If your order is returned to me:

- Customers can pay shipping again to have an order re-sent to them or,

- I can refund the order minus the original shipping cost & a 10% restocking fee.


After you order

▸Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. This will be emailed to you, with a website link where you can track your order.

▸My order is missing, what can I do?

Please contact me and I will investigate it for you.

▸Some pieces are missing from my order, what can I do?

All orders are packaged with the upmost care and attention, but if you do find anything missing, please contact me immediately, by clicking here or sending an email directly to: thewoodsofwonderofficial@gmail.com

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

If the damage was caused because of shipping, contact me and either I’ll replace your item (with no additional cost to you) or I can offer a refund. Please take pictures of your parcel before and after opening it, if it arrived damaged.

Returns and exchanges 

▸Do you accept returns & exchanges?

I accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within 15 days of delivery, and ship the item back in same condition as it arrived within 30 days of delivery.
I don't accept returns and exchanges on custom orders, or if the item was personalised. 

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

▸Do you accept cancellations? 

If explained I do, please contact me within 24 hours if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for.


▸What payments do you accept?

I am only able to accept payment via the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Apple pay and Paypal.


Age Restrictions:

Although my items are cute they are not meant for children, they are intended for adult collectors. The tiny pieces, especially with miniature figures can be a choking hazard. My ceramic pieces although they are durable, if broken they may be sharp enough to cause injury. Please pay attention when gifting, for your own responsibility. 

Product Care

The hand painted polymer clay pieces are covered in a layer of varnish. The varnish makes the pieces waterproof, but if contacted with water too much the varnish can wear off, so try to keep it away from water as much as possible. Each item should be handled with care. In the case of jewelry, remove the item before bed to avoid damaging the piece while you're sleeping. Avoid contact with other hard or rough objects, abrasive materials, chemicals, or prolonged rubbing. It is possible that if the piece is worn roughly, or been dropped on the floor, or it was exposed to heat, that the varnish wears of faster than it's supposed to. 

For extra care you can apply a second layer of varnish each year. I use FIMO® Gloss Varnish for protecting the paint. If you are unable to do that, you can always contact me about your piece (preferably with a photo) and I'll see what I can do!

The ceramic pieces you can just gently polish with a soft jewellery cloth for cleaning.
